The idea to go to Antarctica has its origin in the first Potato Eater projects:
Potato Eater 1 (2004) was situated at the source of the potato: On the potato fields where farmers harvest their crops.
Potato Eater 2 (2007) was on an island in the north of Holland, a one hour walk from the habited world.
