In samenwerking met ROEZ Groningen vertegenwoordigt Arjen Boerstra de stad Groningen in het International Flowerfestival in Tallinn in Estland.
De installatie 'The Grain, a Bicyle and Time', een combinatie van elementen uit historische betrekkingen tussen Groningen en Tallinn, is te zien in het Kadriopark in het centrum van Talinn. Op een monitor draait een video-compilatie van beelden uit de noord Groningse 'graanrepubliek' en beelden van de dynamiek van de stad Tallinn. Het graan in de installatie vertegenwoordigt oude handelsbetrekkingen tussen beide Hanzesteden.

Boerstra made the installation 'The Grain, a Bicycle and Time', a combination of elements from historical relations between Groningen and Talinn, in the Kadriopark at the centre of Tallinn. On a monitor is a video-compilation from the north of Groningen and the dynamic landscape of the city of Talinn. The grain represents ancient trade between both Hanze cities.
